Hello and welcome to The Pengelly Belly! My name is Nicola Pengelly and I am from Cornwall, UK, but currently live in Swindon in Wiltshire. I am married to the most wonderful man, Mr P, and I work full time for the WI at Denman College as their Administration and Reception Manager.
I am a self confessed foodie and crafter. I love food and I love feeding people! I love to bake and decorate cakes; love to throw dinner parties or informal suppers; love to make jams and chutneys... if there is food involved, I am normally there. I also love crafts and making anything. I sew, knit and crochet as well as turn my hand to anything else crafty that takes my fancy.
I like to freecycle and upcycle, always looking for the unusual at markets, car boots and antique shops as well as being a great support of seasonal and local food.
